The role drives needs assessment, aligns objectives with business goals, and prioritizes programs to promote tool adoption.

The candidate will design and deliver blended learning solutions, mentor trainers, manage travel/delivery schedules, and lead change-management for new or updated applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in training and development, incl. 4–6 years as a trainer on technical projects.
• Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating technical training programs.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor trainers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and travel planning abilities.
• Current secret security clearance (active within past 24 months).

Responsibilities

• Govern the overall training strategy for mission-critical systems, needs assessment, training roadmaps, and alignment with priorities.
• Design and oversee blended training programs for diverse user groups.
• Manage and mentor a team of trainers, including train-the-trainer activities.
• Supervise creation and maintenance of training materials such as lesson plans and guides.
• Implement evaluation methods and metrics to measure training effectiveness.
• Coordinate with leaders and SMEs to validate content and plan deployments.
• Oversee travel planning and training logistics, including budgets and reports.
• Promote quality and compliance by defining expectations and coaching.
