Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience designing, executing, and evaluating training programs for technical applications.
• Strong skills in needs assessment, curriculum development, and adult‑learning delivery.

Responsibilities

• Govern the training strategy for mission‑critical systems, including needs assessment and roadmaps.
• Design blended training programs (classroom, virtual, e‑learning) to drive adoption.
• Lead and mentor a team of trainers, including training delivery and quality calibration.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of training materials (lesson plans, curricula, guides, exercises).
• Implement evaluation methods to measure training effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with leaders and SMEs to prioritize topics and plan deployments.
• Oversee travel planning and training logistics, budgets, and expense reports.
• Promote quality and compliance by setting expectations and providing coaching.
