Focus on the Family in Colorado Springs is seeking a Systems Engineer to support ministry departments by proactively engineering, sustaining end-user services for Mac and PC, and delivering system administration support.

You will work with Jamf Pro, SCCM/MECM/InTune, and AD/ADCS, designing rollout plans, packaging Mac and Microsoft deployments, and providing Level-3 support while adhering to ITSM processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent experience.
• Experience with enterprise IT in a large organization.

Responsibilities

• sustain Mac end user services
• design rollout and support of Mac end user standards
• partner with teams for PC end user services
• implement Jamf Pro on-premises and in cloud environments
• maintain SCCM/MECM/InTune on-premises and in cloud
• package macOS applications for Jamf Pro distribution
• package Microsoft packages for SCCM/MECM/InTune
• integrate Mac with AD
• develop and maintain deployment automation
• provide Level-3 end-user support
• adhere to ITSM processes
