Miner Ltd, an OnPoint Company, seeks an experienced End-User Project Manager to lead complex projects from initiation to completion. You will coordinate with sales, operations, and service teams, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes client relationship management, project rollout activities, and cross-functional alignment, with opportunities to develop leadership skills in a high-visibility setting.

Competenze

• Minimum two years of experience in construction project management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA) and site safety practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in fast-paced environments.

Mansioni

• Lead end-user/organic projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, sales, and field teams to align project goals.
• Prepare and review work orders, submittals, safety documents, and billing information.
• Manage vendor relationships, equipment, and material deliveries; oversee subcontractor rates and labor orders.
• Monitor backlog, forecast delivery dates, and maintain accurate project status updates.
• Train and mentor field staff; implement SOPs and best practices for efficiency.
• Maintain proactive customer communication and represent the company in meetings and on-site as needed.
