Qualifications

• Experience in construction project management and leading complex projects.
• Strong communication with clients and teams; ability to manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects ensuring on-time delivery, within scope and budget.
• Coordinate general contractors, subcontractors, sales, warehouse, and field superintendents.
• Review orders, contracts, submittals and safety documents; manage work orders and changes.
• Ensure site safety compliance, OSHA certifications and safety plans.
• Manage backlog, forecasting, and delivery dates.
• Lead and train field superintendents and equipment coordinators; implement SOPs.
• Prepare billing documentation and coordinate with accounting.
