• Experience in construction project management, preferably with commercial dock and door installation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, sales, warehouse and field superintendents.
• Ensure safety regulations compliance and manage project budget and timelines.
• Prepare and review project documentation, change orders and reports.
• Coach and supervise field superintendents and equipment coordinators; implement SOPs.
