The Project Manager, Construction Services, will lead complex projects from initiation to completion, coordinating among sales, operations, and service teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction project management, preferably with a focus on commercial dock and door installation.
• Demonstrated knowledge of applicable safety regulations, standards, and required certifications. This includes OSHA rules.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and perform effectively in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software, systems, and related tools.
• Experience using Microsoft Office: Outlook; Excel; and Word.
• Must have a valid state issued Driver’s License with DMV driving record acceptable to insurance carrier.
• The selected candidate will be required to pass a criminal history background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, sales, warehouse, and field superintendents.
• Review new orders, contractual documents, and safety documents.
• Manage work orders, including reviewing notes, documents, contracts, and submittals.
• Facilitate collaboration among internal and external teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and certifications (OSHA 10/30, forklift, etc.).
• Track and arrange material deliveries, coordinate with freight vendors, and manage rental equipment.
• Handle change events by coordinating with account executives and customers.
• Submit forecast projections and maintain delivery date accuracy.
• Manage and train field superintendents and equipment coordinators.
• Prepare progress billing documentation and oversee final billing procedures.
• Coordinate with legal and compliance teams on contract amendments.
