Job summary

Miner Ltd, an OnPoint Company, seeks a Project Manager, Construction Services, to lead complex construction projects from initiation to completion. You will plan, execute, and coordinate with sales, operations, and service teams to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The role offers opportunity to develop client relationship management and project delivery skills in a fast-paced environment, with supervision by Sr.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction project management.
• Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA).
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office products.
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable DMV record.
• Must pass criminal history background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all construction projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery and high quality.
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, sales, warehouse, and field Superintendents.
• Manage work orders, reviews notes, documents, contracts, and submittals.
• Handle change events by coordinating with account executives and customers; assess warranty requests.
• Conduct backlog reviews to ensure accurate status, scheduling, and forecasting.
• Manage and train field superintendents and equipment coordinators; implement SOPs and best practices.
• Maintain proactive customer communication; represent the company in project meetings and on-site.
• Prepare progress billing documentation and oversee final billing procedures.
• Ensure contractual obligations are executed per specifications and timelines; coordinate with legal/compliance teams.
• Safety compliance including job site safety regulations and certifications; conduct JHA and SDS.
