Job summary

Miner Ltd, an industry-leading service provider, seeks a Project Manager, Construction Services, to lead complex construction projects from initiation to completion. You will coordinate general contractors, subcontractors, and field teams, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence while maximizing customer satisfaction.

With supervisory responsibilities, you will develop SOPs, manage risk, and drive project delivery in a fast-paced environment across diverse job sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction project management, preferably with commercial dock/door installations.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA) and required certifications.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management software and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and high quality.
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, sales, warehouse, and field superintendents.
• Manage safety documentation, JHA, SDS, and site safety plans to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Track work orders, review contracts and submittals, and manage changes and warranty requests.
• Prepare progress billing and collaborate with accounting for timely invoicing.
• Lead and train field teams, implement SOPs and best practices for efficiency.
• Maintain proactive customer communication and represent the company in meetings and on-site.
