Miner Ltd, part of OnPoint Group, is seeking a Service Manager to lead field service technicians and support staff across nationwide operations. You will set expectations, drive service quality, and ensure safety and efficiency in daily activities.

The role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and proven ability to mentor teams in a fast-paced, tech-driven service environment, with a focus on collaboration across remote offices and diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Experience managing service personnel.
• Strong management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, analytical, organizational, writing and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven service environment.
• Must have Dock and Door Industry Experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate job expectations, plans, monitors, and appraises results.

• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff as needed.
