Miner Ltd, an OnPoint Company, is seeking a Project Manager, Construction Services to lead and oversee complex construction projects from initiation to completion. You will coordinate with sales, operations, and service teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

This role requires managing subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in construction project management.
• Experience with safety regulations (OSHA) and site certifications.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, sales, warehouse and field superintendents.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and certifications (OSHA 10/30, forklift, CPR, etc.).
• Review orders, contracts and safety documents; manage work orders and submittals.
• Submit forecast projections and maintain delivery-date accuracy.
• Represent the company in project meetings and on-site when needed.
