Job summary

Networking Technologies + Support is seeking a PC Technician in Charlottesville, VA to deliver end-user device support, deployment, and administration. The role emphasizes deskside assistance, device provisioning, and strong customer service in a corporate healthcare environment.

The position focuses on troubleshooting hardware/software, managing devices, and collaborating with security and networking teams. Weekend coverage is not required, with set weekday hours.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of desktop support, help desk, or mobile device support experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with Windows and IOS environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for PCs, printers, and Apple devices.
• Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot mobile devices and endpoint hardware.
• Support users with hardware, software, connectivity, and access-related issues.
• Manage inventory, asset tracking, device lifecycle management, and deployments.
• Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and networking teams to resolve complex issues.
• Follow security policies to protect company data and devices.
