Leidos in Portsmouth, OH is seeking a Computer User Support Technician to provide end-user IT support for infrastructure and remediation contractors. You will deliver Tier I/II Help Desk support, desktop and workstation administration, ITSM, device deployment, and end-user computing services.

The role requires strong customer service, problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant IT experience.
• Ability to obtain U.S. DOE L-level security clearance eligibility.
• Experience with Windows PC hardware and end-user software.
• Proven troubleshooting and customer-service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide break-fix support for hardware, software, and system initiatives.
• Deliver support for desktop utilities, business applications, and end-user computing environments.
• Serve as a Help Desk point of contact for site IT services.
• Perform day-to-day IT maintenance and desktop support.
• Document incidents and service requests in Track-It!.
