Ledgent Technology is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support across a growing organization. You will assist end users with hardware, software, mobile devices, and business applications, ensuring timely assistance and a reliable IT environment.

The role requires 1–3 years of desktop support experience, strong Windows and device knowledge, and good communication. This contract position offers diverse responsibilities across multiple locations and a chance to work

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in desktop or help desk support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11.
• Experience with iOS and Android devices.
• Basic networking concepts and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and business apps.
• Respond to requests via phone, email, or in person.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain workstation hardware/software.
• Deploy and set up computers, monitors, printers, and related gear.
• Maintain accurate hardware inventory and asset records.
• Support printers, copiers, and multifunction devices.
• Assist with administration of company phone systems and mobile devices.
• Deliver user training and guidance on IT best practices.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
• Travel to support multiple locations as needed.
• Perform additional IT duties as assigned.
