Qualifications

• Knowledge of data security and access administration best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for PCs, servers, peripherals, apps and mobile devices.
• Resolve first-tier issues or escalate to Tier 3 when needed.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, software and operating systems.
• Communicate status updates and manage user expectations.
• Create and maintain documentation of departmental technologies.
