Job summary

The role involves diagnosing issues, documenting configurations, and contributing to on-call coverage on nights and weekends, with a focus on collaboration across teams and adherence to campus IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years of IT experience with complex systems.
• Advanced degree is preferred for the applicant pool.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of enterprise desktop and end user device systems.
• Diagnose problems and implement fixes in collaboration with on-call staff.
• Develop and maintain documentation for systems and processes.
• Support on-call events during nights and weekends.
