Job summary

The Coquille Indian Tribe in Coos Bay, OR is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to provide end-user IT support, hardware and software maintenance, and incident response for government and tribal operations. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, tablets, and peripherals; manage Microsoft 365, MS Teams, and security tools; and document resolutions for knowledge base.

A high school diploma and 3 years IT experience, CJIS training, and Oregon driver's license required;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Three (3) years of professional IT experience.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows 10 & 11, and hardware troubleshooting.
• CJIS security awareness training required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as initial contact for IT device issues and end-user support.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain end-user devices and peripherals.
• Escalate tickets and coordinate with IT staff as needed.
• Provide admin support for Microsoft 365, MS Teams, and security tools.
• Create and maintain IT documentation and how-to guides.
