Job summary

Lifetouch, part of the Shutterfly family, is seeking an IT End User Compute Administrator to optimize computing environments and deliver proactive end-user support across Lifetouch Area Offices and JCPenney Studios.

You will strengthen system security, participate in large-scale projects, and drive continuous improvements while maintaining strong relationships with end users and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Technical/vocational degree in computing, networking, or an equivalent field.
• 5-8 years of technical experience related to systems maintenance, user support, and project management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical end users.
• Knowledge of business processes, change management, and project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and configuration tools (eg., ADManager).
• Ability to facilitate collaboration across disciplines and organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with System Engineering, FTS personnel, and vendors to deliver end-user solutions.
• Maintain and troubleshoot system configurations to support business processes, emphasizing reliability and compliance.
• Perform configuration, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software for remote environments.
• Provide technical support for Lifetouch Area Offices and JCPenney Studios to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct system testing to ensure functionality, security, and PCI compliance.
• Document processes and maintain detailed records of technology operations.
• Implement and support network security measures to protect digital assets.
• Participate in large-scale project implementations by providing technical expertise and hands-on support.
• Assist in change management and project planning, including scope, resources, and time constraints.
