Uline is seeking an End User Computing Administrator to hands-on manage, support, and improve software and systems powering operations across our North American company. The role emphasizes testing and implementing software, taming hardware issues, and strengthening endpoint security in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain Windows and macOS endpoints, and drive process improvements with patch management and EDR tools.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on desktop support, systems administration or end-user computing experience.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments using endpoint management, virtualization and core networking technologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.

Responsabilidades

• Test and implement software applications to deliver reliable technology solutions that support business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams as needed.
• Protect company devices and systems through patch management and endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools.
• Identify and document technology and process improvements to enhance system performance and ensure efficient operations.
