Qualifications

• 7 years end user technical support and helpdesk experience.
• Undergraduate degree, certification, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office 365 products, Active Directory, Windows-based PCs and laptops.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Support team within the organization.
• Oversee end user IT support and improve IT experience.
• Install, troubleshoot and repair PCs and laptops.
• Maintain and administer computer networks and connected devices.
• Respond to escalated helpdesk tickets requiring complex fixes.
• Manage IT inventory and assets.
• Provide training to IT Support Technicians.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
