Uline is seeking an End User Computing Administrator to hands-on manage, support, and improve software and systems powering operations across its North American business. The role emphasizes patch management, EDR defenses, and collaboration with IT teams to drive reliable tech solutions.

Qualified candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of desktop support or systems administration experience, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on desktop support or systems administration experience.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS with endpoint management and networking.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Test and implement software applications to deliver reliable technology solutions that support business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
• Protect company devices through patch management and EDR tools.
• Identify and document technology improvements to enhance system performance.
