Job summary

Aeva is seeking an IT Support Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for new hires and to help them become productive quickly. The role spans provisioning, onboarding, and process improvements across MacOS/Windows environments in Mountain View and Milpitas.

You will support cloud apps (GSuite, Slack, WebEx, O365, Atlassian), basic Linux, and SSO (Okta), plus manage conference room tech and printers. This fast-paced startup offers growth opportunities and cross-location collaboration.

Qualifications

• Well-rounded technical knowledge of MacOS and Windows 11 support.
• Experience supporting cloud apps: GSuite, Slack, WebEx, O365, Atlassian.
• Basic knowledge of Single Sign-On services such as Okta.
• Experience managing network printers and conference rooms (iPads, WebEx).
• Comfortable with basic Linux commands and troubleshooting.
• Experience with hardware/software configuration and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new employees. You will be the first contact for the new hires.
• Develop, identify, and improve processes, procedures, and documentation.
• Assist offices physically and or remotely using remote software such as AnyDesk.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with conference rooms and implement solutions.
• Ability to work from both office locations in Mountain View, CA and Milpitas, CA as needed.*
