Tata Consultancy Services Limited seeks an Engineer in Beaumont, TX to join the Technology Operations team. You will handle second-line IT support for end-user devices, perform hardware/software maintenance, and assist with imaging and deployment tasks.

Applicant will work with ServiceNow/Remedy ITSM processes, manage assets, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues on time. This role is on-site in Beaumont, TX.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware and peripherals.
• Proficient with Windows 10/11 and MS Office; Mac OS knowledge preferred.
• Familiarity with ITSM ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy).
• Experience with Active Directory, networking, and PC imaging/deployment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and incident management skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide second-line investigation and diagnosis for incidents.
• Close incidents and service requests per procedures and timelines.
• Log incident details in the ITSM tool and communicate progress to clients.
• Perform PC staging, IMAC activities, and OS deployment.
• Maintain asset inventories and perform hardware/software maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors and regional/global support groups as needed.
• Create and maintain documentation for scope of work.
