Job summary

The University of Pittsburgh Health Sciences Information Technology team is seeking an End User Computing Analyst II to provide frontline IT support for students, faculty, staff and researchers. You will diagnose and resolve moderately complex issues, configure end-user devices, and assist junior staff while delivering excellent customer service across campus locations.

This on-campus role involves rotating between pods, varying schedules, and hands-on hardware handling.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; combination of education and experience considered.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant end-user computing or IT support experience.
• Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve moderately complex computing issues and provide advanced technical support.
• Configure end user devices and support students, faculty, staff, and researchers.
• Assist junior staff and provide high level customer service.
