Job summary

Presidio Networked Solutions, LLC is seeking an Engineer, Managed Plus to handle end-user support for MAC and Windows devices, including imaging, onboarding, and ticket closure. The role reports to the Presidio IT environment and involves deploying Intune, JAMF MDM, and Apple Business Manager while supporting printers and collaboration tools.

The position requires 5–7 years of end-user support experience, strong incident management skills, and familiarity with O365/AWS/Azure/Okta.

The Role

As an Engineer, Managed Plus at Presidio, you will be required to take end user support calls via phone, email, and walk-up support for both MAC and Windows devices. Provide software break/fix support for all devices and applications. Perform on-boarding and off-boarding of users thorough completion including new image builds and re-imaging current devices. Install, moves, adds and changes of existing devices as well as managing tickets through closure. Support printers, AV equipment including Zoom, Teams and Slack. Familiarity with Wallboards, Intune deployments, JAMF MDM and Apple business manager.

Travel Requirements

This role will be situated in the Andover, MA upon starting and eventually reside in the Somerville, MA region within the next 6-8 months of joining.

Shift associated with this role will be - Wednesday -Saturday 6 am-4 pm ET (this will include a holiday if the shift falls on the workday).
