• 5+ years supporting enterprise endpoint, collaboration, and identity management technologies in a multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, AD, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and related cloud services.
• Handle user onboarding and offboarding.
• Manage endpoint lifecycle and device provisioning, deployment, and retirement.
