Job summary

Ortec is seeking an experienced IT Endpoint Administrator to manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, AD, and related cloud services across our plants and office locations. You will handle onboarding, device lifecycle, and security, while coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.

The role requires onsite work with travel between facilities. Strong scripting and documentation skills, plus a customer-service mindset, are essential for success in a dynamic, manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Five or more years supporting enterprise endpoint, collaboration, and identity management technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune, Entra ID).
• Experience with Windows OS, IP networking, group policy, security tooling, and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, AD, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and related cloud services.
• Onsite support across multiple sites with travel between manufacturing plants and office locations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and change management procedures.
