Job summary

Ascentek is seeking an End User Technology Engineer to serve as the frontline IT ambassador across office, manufacturing, warehouse, and remote sites. You will troubleshoot with strong customer service, supporting Microsoft 365, endpoint devices, Intune, and collaboration platforms, while partnering with IT, security, and business teams to implement solutions and enhance productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and supporting endpoint devices (Windows and Mac).
• Experience with MDM solutions and provisioning for iOS/Android.
• Experience supporting SaaS environments and office IT.
• Fundamental networking knowledge.
• Ability to troubleshoot across office, warehouse, and manufacturing environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1–2 hardware, software, network, and application support.
• Respond to incidents via ITSM, meet SLAs.
• Support Windows, Mac, 365, mobile devices, printers, and apps.
• Deploy and manage desktops, laptops, tablets, and shared workstations.
• Manage Intune enrolled devices and endpoint deployments.
• Support warehouse/manufacturing tech including Zebra printers and RF scanners.
• Assist with Active Directory, Entra ID, and Teams Rooms.
• Create SOPs and technical documentation.
• Participate in projects, hardware refreshes, and upgrades.
• Provide end-user training on best practices and security.
• On-call rotations and after-hours support.
• Monitor end-user systems and identify improvements.
