Job summary

The Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT) in Illinois seeks an End User Computer Coordinator (ISA I Option C) to deliver expert technical support for computer hardware and software across state agencies. You will diagnose issues, manage AD integrations, and oversee software deployments to ensure secure, reliable IT operations.

You will also coordinate small-to-medium hardware/software installations, monitor help desk tickets, and train users on new equipment and applications to maintain

Qualifications

Four-year college degree in computer science or a related field.
One year of professional experience in client services or a related information technology field.
Proven ability to provide end-user hardware/software support across diverse agencies.

Responsibilities

Provide end-user hardware and software support for assigned agencies.
Diagnose and resolve computer system problems including AD, network integrations, and software applications.
Coordinate small to medium hardware/software installations and deployments.
Monitor trouble tickets to ensure timely service levels and resolution.
