Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Journeyman End User Device Technician to support the Global Mission Operations Support contract for the Department of State in Dulles, VA. You will provide hands-on desktop, laptop, and peripheral support across a global enterprise, aligning with ITSM processes and security requirements.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience, an active Secret clearance, and experience with Windows and macOS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 4 years in desktop support or IT operations.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Experience with end-user device environments and ITSM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II desktop support across the global enterprise.
• Configure replacement hardware and track lifecycle.
• Coordinate with vendors and logistics for IT equipment shipping.
• Log incidents and changes in the ticketing system.
• Develop deployment scripts and IaC/CaC automation.
