Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated End User Device Technician to join the team in San Antonio, TX. The role involves hands-on support for VOIP phones, videoconferencing, printers, desktops, and other devices, with involvement in inventories and logistics.

The candidate will support upgrades and service tasks, adhere to sanitization processes, and travel up to 25% to assist other locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on IT hardware support experience.
• IAT level II baseline certification such as Security+ per DoD 8570.01-M.
• Experience with or willingness to learn installation/troubleshooting of end user devices (VOIP phones, videoconferencing, printers, desktops).

Responsibilities

• Provide installation/troubleshooting support for VOIP phones, teleconferencing equipment, AV equipment, printers, desktops and other hardware.
• Support refresh projects and Service Task Orders as required.
• Follow equipment classification and sanitization processes.
• Conduct equipment surveys, inventories, and update databases; assist with logistics for equipment.
• Work within Service Level Agreement time windows.
• Travel to support other locations within the area up to 25%.

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented End User Device Technician to join our team in San Antonio TX.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Provides installation/troubleshooting support to VOIP phones, Teleconferencing equipment, AVMM/conference rooms, printers, desktop computers, other hardware devices as requested, and completes associated cabling work.
• Supports refresh, modernization, projects, and Service Task Order activities as required.
• Follows proper processes of equipment classification and sanitization.
• Conducts equipment surveys, inventories, completes database updates, and assists with logistical services for associated equipment.
• Works all of the above requirements within Service Level Agreement time windows.
• Travels to support other locations within the area as needed up to 25% travel required

Minimum Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in IT hardware support.
• Possess an IAT level II baseline certification as defined by DoD 8570.01-M such as Security +
• Experience in or willingness to learn installation/troubleshooting of end user devices such as VOIP phones, Teleconferencing equipment, AVMM/conference rooms, printers, desktop computers, other hardware devices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting CAN networking requirements.
• Experience with a ticketing system, preferably ServiceNow.
• Quality cabling skills in installation, splicing, and fabrication.

Clearance Requirements

• Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Poly

Physical Requirements

• Maintains a regular sedentary position, attends meeting both virtually and in person, constantly positions self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet and must be willing to travel as needed to support operational demands.
