Job summary

Point72 is seeking an experienced IT Support professional to lead end-user technology services across the firm. You will build and operate hands-on support for PCs, laptops, VC solutions, mobile devices, and collaboration tools, while troubleshooting complex issues with urgency.

You will develop training, documentation, and knowledge resources to boost adoption and self-sufficiency, and contribute to operational excellence through automation and project coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in client service, desktop support, or technical support role.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, computer science, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting investment professionals in the financial industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of end-user technology services across the firm and shape the support model.
• Build and operate hands-on support for PCs, laptops, video conferencing, mobile devices, and collaboration tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues with urgency and clear communication.
