Job summary

The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) is seeking an experienced End User Computing Engineer to improve the end user experience through automation, troubleshooting, and day-to-day support of desktop and mobile environments.

You will maintain and enhance end user computing systems, support Office 365, manage profiles with FSLogix, deploy apps, and assist with JAMF Pro management for macOS/iOS endpoints. This role requires strong scripting, AD/Exchange expertise, and a focus on security posture.

Responsibilities

• Improve end user experience through automation and troubleshooting
• Support desktop and mobile environments
• Patch OS builds and endpoint vulnerability remediation
• Package deployments for end user devices
• Manage end user profiles (FSLogix)
• Support macOS/iOS devices with JAMF Pro
• Provide on-call support as scheduled
• Document changes and procedures
• Own and manage tickets/incidents
• Assist with JAMF deployments and Mac/iOS enrollment
