Job summary

The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) is seeking an End User Computing Engineer to optimize the desktop and mobile experience through automation, troubleshooting and day-to-day support. You will help maintain and improve end user computing systems and tools to bolster security and reliability.

Responsibilities include OS patching, application packaging (Omnissa AppVolumes), FSLogix profile management, JAMF Pro for macOS/iOS, and on-call support.

Qualifications

• BS in CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in desktop engineering or end user experience role.
• Experience supporting Windows desktop OS environments and Office 365.
• Experience packaging software for deployments and OS patching.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot application installation, performance, and runtime issues in desktop/mobile environments.
• Patch OS builds and deployed endpoints; test/validate updates and vulnerabilities.
• Package deployments for end user environment using Omnissa AppVolumes.
• Preserve end user profile settings with FSLogix; manage JAMF Pro for macOS/iOS devices.
• Automate processes in the end user experience space and provide on-call support.
