Job summary

Uline, a leading North American shipping materials distributor, seeks an End User Computing Administrator to support and improve software and systems across our operations in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will work hands-on to ensure a seamless technology experience for our growing company.

Responsibilities include testing software, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, applying patches, and documenting improvements to optimize performance. On-site work with competitive benefits is provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in desktop support, systems administration or end-user computing environments.
Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments using endpoint management, virtualization and core networking technologies.
Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Test and implement software applications to deliver reliable technology solutions that support business needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams as needed.
Protect company devices and systems through patch management and endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools.
Identify and document technology and process improvements to enhance system performance and ensure efficient operations.
