Uline in Pleasant Prairie, WI is seeking an End User Computing Administrator to help manage, support, and improve the software and systems powering our North American operations.

You will test and implement applications, troubleshoot hardware/software, protect devices with patching and EDR, and document improvements. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in desktop support or systems administration are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on desktop support, systems administration or EUC experience.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments with endpoint management and virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Test and implement software applications to deliver reliable technology solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues; escalate when needed.
• Protect devices and systems via patch management and EDR tools.
• Identify and document technology/process improvements to boost performance.
