Job summary

Uline is hiring an End User Computing Administrator to work hands-on in managing and improving the software and systems that power operations across North America. The role emphasizes patch management, EDR, and cross-team collaboration to maintain seamless technology experiences for the company.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of desktop support or systems administration, with strong communication and problem-solving skills to support Windows and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in desktop support, systems administration or end-user computing environments.
Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments using endpoint management, virtualization and core networking technologies.
Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.

Responsibilities

Test and implement software applications to deliver reliable technology solutions that support business needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams as needed.
Protect company devices and systems through patch management and endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools.
Identify and document technology and process improvements to enhance system performance and ensure efficient operations.
