Job summary

Symbotic LLC is seeking a Warranty Administrator located in Wilmington, Delaware. This role involves end-to-end administration of warranty claims, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers, and responding to customer inquiries effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain management and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems is essential. Up to 10% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warranty administration or related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for warranty-related inquiries.
• Process warranty-related material requests, returns, and replacements.
• Administer warranty claims from initiation through resolution.
• Work closely with Supply Chain to coordinate warranty-related activities.
• Maintain accurate warranty documentation within enterprise systems.
