Job summary

Meriplex is seeking a Provisioning Coordinator to own end-to-end telecom service delivery from order acceptance through installation, activation, and billing readiness. You will coordinate carrier service delivery, manage vendor commitments, and keep customers and teams informed of progress and risks.

The role requires hands-on telecom provisioning experience, strong follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in telecom provisioning or service delivery coordination.
• Deep knowledge of telco circuit ordering, milestones, and billing impacts.
• Experience managing orders for DIA, fiber, Ethernet, SD-WAN, UCaaS, and related services.
• Exposure to LAN/WAN concepts, site readiness, and demarc details.

Responsibilities

• Own provisioning and carrier service delivery projects from sales handoff to closure.
• Maintain actions, due dates, risks, and escalation paths for all orders.
• Validate service details before order placement (address, product, pricing, LOAs).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Lead or support escalations to recover jeopardized orders and meet delivery commitments.
• Provide timely status updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Document order status, carrier updates, and billing triggers in systems.
