Job summary

TransUnion is hiring a Carrier Provisioning Specialist to join our Voice team. You'll respond to tickets, manage port-ins/outs, and coordinate with vendors and customers to ensure timely service changes. The role supports moves, adds, changes, and disconnects in a hybrid environment.

You will also participate in QA, training, and special projects, with regular in-office collaboration two days per week and strong emphasis on customer experience and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of telecommunications experience involving LSRs, port-ins and port-outs.
• Customer Service, Service Delivery, or Provisioning experience with strong service focus.
• Knowledge of provisioning, voice, numbering, and order management workflows.
• Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills.
• Associate degree or higher preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve customer support tickets and escalations.
• Process and manage LSRs, LOAs, COBs, CSRs, LIDB, CNAM, and E911 porting requests.
• Read LSRs to translate requirements into service changes (moves/adds/changes/disconnects).
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to gather information and track orders.
• Facilitate daily calls, provide status updates, and communicate delays or changes.
