Job summary

Serova is seeking a recruiter with strong technical chops to own end-to-end hiring across engineering, science, clinical and ops roles. You will build sourcing pipelines, outreach workflows and ATS automations, and develop fast, fair interview tooling.

We value fast execution, ownership, and the ability to sell a mission-driven startup to top candidates. Ability to work in a hybrid setup and relocate is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in recruiting, talent or a related role.
• Run full-cycle hiring end to end: sourcing, screening and closing.
• Based in San Francisco or London, or willing to relocate.
• Authorized to work in the US or UK, or a realistic path to get there.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle hiring across engineering, science, clinical and operations roles.
• Source and close exceptional people, often before anyone else finds them.
• Build and improve our sourcing pipelines, outreach and ATS automations.
• Develop the tooling that makes our interview process fast and fair.
