Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical/engineering program management at a software company.
• Technical foundation with ability to read system design docs and engage with engineers.
• Proven track record shipping complex cross-functional software programs on time.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; capable of running tight meetings and aligning large groups.
• Comfort with ambiguity and speed; create structure in fast-growing startups.
• Judgment on prioritization and risk; focus on critical launch factors.
• Experience with modern delivery tooling (GitHub, Linear/Jira, Notion).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program execution—from kickoff and scoping to launch and retrospective.
• Build and maintain program plans that map dependencies across engineering, product, design, and data teams.
• Drive the operating cadence— run planning cycles, standups, reviews, and launch readiness; ensure decisions and follow-ups.
• Identify, elevate, and resolve risks early; unblock teams and re-sequence work as priorities shift.
• Translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders; provide crisp updates for leadership.
• Improve operations by establishing scalable planning and delivery processes that reduce friction.
• Maintain a single source of truth on program status, dependencies, and decisions.
