Job summary

AMD is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end Data Center CPU and Enterprise AI programs from concept to mass production. You will coordinate across Engineering, Business Development, Product Management and Supply Chain, owned budgets and timelines, and drive execution through a highly matrixed organization.

You will need a proven track record in cross-functional leadership and exceptional communication, with experience in AI productivity tools and high-performance product

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in new product development or program management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Experience guiding complex Data Center CPU/GPU programs from concept to production.
• Strong communication of status and recommendations to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of Data Center CPU/GPU programs from concept to mass production.
• Plan requirements, manage schedules, budgets and risk across stakeholders.
• Prioritize features and align schedules, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Drive automation, analytics and process improvements for productivity.
• Coordinate multi-site, multi-discipline engineering efforts.
