Phizenix is redefining the operations of brokers, MGAs, and wholesalers with an AI-first platform for scalable growth across employee benefits and commercial insurance. We are hiring a Product Manager who can earn a customer's trust, translate learnings into crisp product decisions, and ship AI that meaningfully impacts the industry.

You will own high-impact decisions, partner with GTM and engineering, and translate industry knowledge into scalable UX.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 in B2B SaaS; insuretech/fintech/enterprise workflow preferred.
• Hands-on experience with AI products; ability to design features that build trust in AI recommendations.
• Fluent use of AI tools to accelerate research, writing and synthesis.
• Strong writing; communicate product rationale clearly in docs and with enterprise buyers.
• Strong UX instincts and ability to simplify complex processes.
• Clear communicator, fast executor, and strong cross-functional collaborator.
• Comfortable talking to users, understanding real-world pain, and designing solutions.

Responsibilities

• You'll work with real users from day one and iterate fast with short feedback loops.
• High-ownership role; connect GTM and engineering to ship polished features quickly.
• Translate industry knowledge into clean, scalable UX that reduces manual effort.
• Partner with engineering to layer intelligence into every workflow step.
• Measure adoption, usage, and impact, and iterate based on results.
• Support deals and expansions with pilot deployments and expansions into new lines.
