Job summary

GuideWell seeks a Principal Engagement Orchestration leader to shape the enterprise contact strategy and channel execution across health services and markets. You will own governance of frequency capping, suppression, consent management, and cross-channel messaging to deliver the right message at the right moment.

Qualifications

10+ years in customer engagement or marketing operations.
Experience designing enterprise-wide contact strategies across channels.
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (HIPAA, CAN-SPAM, TCPA).
Proven leadership of cross-functional teams in matrixed environments.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

Own enterprise contact strategy across channels and business units.
Define and govern channel sequencing, frequency capping, and suppression rules.
Ensure HIPAA and other regulations are followed in communications.
Collaborate with product, marketing, operations and UX to align strategies.
