In this customer-facing role, you’ll own end-to-end development and implementation across multiple teams, interfacing with executives, engineers, and technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of technical solutions.
• Coordinate across multiple teams to deliver complex customer engagements.
• Interface with executives, engineering teams, and technical staff internally and at customer sites.
• Build scalable delivery processes with the Head of Customer Success while maintaining quality and professionalism.
