Job summary

Lumafield in Boston, MA is seeking a Customer Success Manager to partner with industrial customers, champion their needs, and manage accounts to drive revenue growth. You will own the customer lifecycle from post-sale onboarding through renewals, ensuring customers realize value from Lumafield’s AI-driven manufacturing insights and collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering required.
• 10+ years combined engineering/manufacturing and client-facing experience.
• Strong Lean, process improvement, and quality mindset.
• Excellent communication across organizational levels.
• Comfort with executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships, revenue, contracts, and outcomes for accounts.
• Advise customers with their engineering, quality, and operations teams to improve quality and efficiency.
• Project manage delivery and adoption of Lumafield solutions.
• Track and quantify ROI and renewal risk; mitigate churn.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell opportunities and expand product usage.
