Job summary

Lumafield is seeking a Customer Solutions Delivery Program Manager to drive the successful delivery of technical solutions that combine hardware and software to solve manufacturing challenges. The role requires coordinating across multiple teams and delivering programs from multi-week projects to large-scale initiatives.

The candidate will interface with executives, engineering teams, and technical staff, partnering with the Head of Customer Success to scale delivery processes while maintaining

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in engineering, project or program management.
• Experience in manufacturing environments.
• Expertise in industrial or process engineering and lean manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional programs and define scope.
• US citizen or GC holder.
• Excellent communication with executives and engineers.
• Able to develop frameworks and project plans for new situations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end program delivery for customer solutions including hardware and software.
• Collaborate with customers to define scope and priorities.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define requirements.
• Own scope and timelines with project plans and risk mitigation.
• Manage change and expectations with customers.
• Drive process improvement and scalable frameworks.
