Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Security and Loss Prevention Expert to lead end-to-end security and loss prevention services across assigned operations. You will oversee investigations, drive continuous improvements, and serve as a security SME to site leadership across multiple business units.

The role covers 24/7 operations, requires travel up to 50%, and involves physical activity including lifts and stairs. You will collaborate with external security partners and contribute to budget planning for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 4+ years of relevant professional or military experience.
• 2+ years of security service, loss prevention, asset protection, investigations, or law enforcement, or 2+ years of Amazon (Blue Badge/FTE) experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify vulnerabilities and conduct root cause analysis using data to define mitigating actions.
• Actively monitor and report outcome for systems and tools that generate data indicating site/region opportunities.
• Manage confidential investigations and prepare prompt reports of theft, fraud, and workplace violence/critical incidents.
• Utilize continuous improvement to drive process enhancements and increase efficiency.
• Serve as department’s liaison and security/crisis management SME keeping site leadership informed on key issues, strategies and performance.
