Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Security and Loss Prevention Expert (SLP Expert) to lead end-to-end S&LP services across assigned operations. You will oversee investigations, data-driven vulnerability analysis, and cross-unit collaboration, while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires occasional travel up to 50%, lifting up to 49 pounds, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of 24/7 operations. WWOS supports global loss prevention efforts across multiple business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 4+ years of relevant professional or military experience.
• 2+ years of security service, loss prevention, asset protection, investigations, or law enforcement, or 2+ years of Amazon (Blue Badge/FTE) experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify vulnerabilities and conduct root cause analysis using data to define mitigating actions.
• Monitor and report outcomes for systems and tools that generate data indicating site/region opportunities.
• Manage confidential investigations and prepare prompt reports of theft, fraud, and workplace violence/critical incidents.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency.
